I'm feeling a little shaken right now as the effects of driving in a car with a terrifying woman judging you are just starting to wear off. Still I achieved my thrice failure in one test, and with rather few minors as well. I didn't even think I might end up killing the examiner either, which is an improvement.
In other news,I'm afraid I lost my semi-done Java comic and my Mum says I can't start again until I've made a Dungeon Crawler game in Java. So I guess if it ever comes into being it's going to take some time. I procrastinate a lot anyway, but I feel kind of bad letting the imaginary side down.
Since I've got a small queue of not very important mini projects I guess it's probably not any kind of spoiler if I say, I got back into Uni again. I don't think I can make a comic, so I'll just tell you how it panned out:
There were five of us due in the dance studio, all strangers to each other. Most of us got there a bit early and started making last minute adjustments to the barricades although there wasn't really that much left we could do to make it any better. It was more the going through the motions to help us feel prepared.
As 9 approached we got into position, most of us up against the barricade with various weaponry although one guy decided to snipe from the roof. Robot Zombies are fairly vulnerable to head-shots. The last guy arrived with less than a minute to spare with just enough time to grab a gun and turn round before the first robot was spotted coming around towers. We had scarcely enough time to do anything before he fell with a bullet through it's motherboard.

Here is a quick sketch to help with your imagination. |
Anyway the battle shifted from ranged to more close combat and it started raining a bit in attempt at a slightly dramatic setting. To be honest I didn't really know if I was going to make it at this point, and I took a few pretty bad scratches from the sharper end of the torn metal and exposed wires of these insane robots.
After over 2 hours the last robot zombie fell, and we sat waiting for the rescue copters among exploded toaster and shards of metal. Well most of us. I'm sorry to say while five of us went out to fight Robot Zombies, only four of us came back. I'd say that we'd never forget that one guy, but really I've never met him and I don't even know them so that would be a lie but I'll try to learn from my mistakes and remember that Robot Zombie attacks can be fatal and are not a walk in the park (they don't call it a last stand for nothing) so I'm going to try harder to work while I can and prepare for my exams better so that I don't end up missing the evacuation helicopters again.
I've still passed level 1, but it's not over yet.
Level 2 starts on Monday.
