The disappointing lack of exits

This is mostly another kind of "I'm alive" post. I have much work at the moment (but it's Sunday today so I'm not worrying about it.) so I haven't really had time for the bloggings, but mainly I guess I haven't really had that much to say. Every time you finish a piece of coursework, two more pieces spring up to take it's place. What's more, the subject that everyone ( I believe ) has been having a lot of trouble with, just said that we're going to get a big piece of coursework, and failing it could mean we fail the whole module.

Picture it like this:
You're in this massive building slowly fighting off this bad guy. Some sort of growing sludge monster or hoard or something. Eventually you realise that you can't beat it and you're just slowly retreating further up the building (it has multiple floors). You and your friends decide that the best thing to do is to try and hold it off for as long as you can until you reach the roof, from which you will make your escape. (Parachute, helicopter  take your pick.) After a lot of shouting and guns and running and shouting, you finally all make it to the top floor, only to see that the roof hatch is locked and padlocked.
That is pretty much what happened. (Auto correct just tried to correct my version of happened into hair-brained. )
Although I was quite surprised when I turned to my friend and said "It's like we've reached the roof hatch, but it's locked!", she totally agreed and said she felt the same way. That doesn't happen very often.

More cheerful news involves my mum posting me an advent calendar (which makes it nearly Christmas), and me cooking real food at long last.
Last Post's poll results came in. It turns out that you guys don't have the same favourite type of lights as me and 'fire' was a clear winner.
Also I'm currently trying to put a dodge ball team together (I started today, and need it arranged by Tuesday... ) for the Christians In Sport dodge ball tournament on Friday. So far there are two of us, and our proposed team theme is 'a garden'. We'll just have to see how that turns out really.
Well, not much else to say, sorry this wasn't quite very interesting.
I'd say that if we tried hard enough we could finally beat David in the age old battle of the most page veiws, but quite frankly this post isn't worth it. I'll try again some other time.
