To all the people who were wondering if I'm still alive or not. I am.It's just that it's Christmas and the holidays and all, so I'm not really on the webs as much at the moment. Also I left my phone charger in Loughborough, so I'm not contactable via that either.
I hope you all had a good Christmas. I was going to put up a Christmassy picture of some shepherds, but it's not finished yet. Maybe I'll write happy new year on it and put it up then.
I had a lovely Christmas, thanks for asking. There were people, and coloured lights, shiny paper and silly games. It was great.
I did the classic "Man I really need to get everyone presents!", only to once again be reminded that you don't need presents to make Christmas. You don't even need them for "Christmas Magic", because all that really needs is general festivity's. Having a laugh with family and friends, a tree or some Christmassy decor or whatever.
But that's not even what Christmas is about or anything. For want of a vaguely memorable quote; the true meaning of Christmas "came without ribbons!... it came without tags!... it came without packages, boxes, or bags!" It came in what was probably a rather cold and fairly dirty manger, and he came to save everyone.
So in the end everyone was happy, I was happy with what I did end up getting people for Christmas, and Jesus died for our sins, so that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
